How can I whiten my smile?

You’ll want to use a toothpaste with fluoride, and select one with the seal of approval by the ADA. Use a soft bristled toothbrush so you don’t scratch the enamel of your teeth and can safely brush into the gumline. Drinking more water and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables are also part of good dental care. Of course, make sure to schedule your cleanings and exams twice a year to maintain your optimal oral health.
