If you’re looking for a dentist in the South Bay, I can’t recommend Shook Dental enough. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different. The office itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed with modern décor, calming touches, and top-of-the-line equipment that makes you feel like you’re getting the best care possible.
What really sets Shook Dental apart, though, is the people. The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind—they make you feel comfortable right away, which isn’t always easy at a dentist’s office. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to make sure you understand everything.
The doctor-patient relationship here is what truly stands out. There’s a real sense of care and trust. You feel listened to, not just treated, and that personal connection makes a huge difference. It’s clear they take pride in building long-term relationships, not just getting you in and out.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Shook since we moved close to her first office. My entire family continues to go b/c the doctor is an excellent dentist. I love that she's so smart and keeps up with the latest treatments or technology. Peter is amazing and so kind. He works hard to accommodate whether it's an emergency situation or finances. Her staff are so wonderful. Overall, when you walk in , their beautiful smiles at the front desk are so welcoming and I leave being happy. Thank you, Dr. Shook, Peter, and staff. BTW, my crown feels amazing
